It's faster to do the 4 main city dailies every day, because each of the 4 dailies require 1x Lovely Charm Bracelet and net you 5x Love Token. Therefore you only need to farm 40x Lovely Charm per day for these dailies and will net you 20x Love Token per day. Farm Everbloom on normal for Lovely Charms.
