Dallas — There’s no bigger day for romance than Valentine’s Day, and Dallas County is helping some lucky couples tie the knot. The 101st District Court is holding free wedding ceremonies on Valentines’ Day. Couples can get married from 12 p.m. until 4:15 p.m. Judge Staci Williams will officiate the weddings. You can either make an appointment or show up to Senator John Hughes' office on the eighth floor of the state office building on East Washington Street between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Valentine's Day and a judge will tie the knot.
