Focus on buying cards that increase your Power & Critical Strike Chance Makes for really easy engages with the offlane if they push up. I always suggest slow farming with Serath, dont push up to tower if you dont have to. Unless you have a Phase, it can be hard to damage tower early without getting damaged. So wait for you to get strong enough to do major damage when you step in the tower. Anyway, I love Serath. Let's talk about Safe Lane Serath in Paragon.
